My Introduction
I completed my training in 2016, after graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a Masters Degree in Sport & Exercise Nutrition.

I started Jason Fligg Sport & Exercise Performance with the aim to work with committed and dedicated athletes, from recreational to elite level, who wish to promote both their health and performance.

As well as specialising in performance nutrition, I also offer sports massage therapy services and do 1-2-1 sports tutoring, from GCSE P.E. to Higher Education Sports Studies.

Alongside running my business, I also lecture at a college in Norwich, where I teach a variety of sport and health subjects to the next generation of sport and health professionals.

As a registered sports nutritionist (SENr Grad) and a UK Anti-Doping Advisor, I am committed to working with clean athletes and promoting clean sport for all involved. I follow the SENr code of conduct and reserve the right to refuse working with athletes who are not committed to the same cause.

Free 30 minute Initial Sports Nutrition Consultation

This service is used as an initial assessment to identify and highlight any discrepancies in your current dietary practices.

Sports Massage

This service aims to provide you with a tailored and personalised treatment to either: supplement rehabilitation processes, increase recovery rates, or optimise performance aspects. I offer pre and post treatment massages. - 30 minutes: £25 (Inc. postural analysis) - 45 minutes: £30 (Inc. postural analysis) Contact me to book your appointment today. Body Composition Analysis

This service will look at assessing your body composition. More specifically, it will explore how much body fat you are carrying, in comparison to lean body mass. This assessment method can be used as a regular assessment to monitor and track any changes in weight loss/gain and support the inclusion of more accurate and valid dietary recommendations to help you achieve your training/exercise goals. ***ISAK L1 Qualified***

Dietary Analysis: 3 or 7 day

This service aims to explore your current dietary practices via the completion of either a 3 day or 7 day food diary. The results will support the development of a personalised feedback plan that will support and fuel you to meet the physiological demands of your sport; enhance and maximise your training adaptations and support recovery aspects.

Race Day Nutrition Plan/Support

The service begins with a one-to-one consultation that will allow us to identify immediate concerns or issues with the run up to competition. As your personal sports nutritionist, I can provide you with a provisional plan to use prior to the event day, and make specific changes to ensure you have an accurate and well trialled pre/event day nutritional plan.

Seminars & Workshops

I can come and deliver presentations or workshops around a range of topic areas within sports nutrition. These presentations can be delivered to your club/team or to individual athletes. The presentations/workshops aim to promote the nutritional knowledge of your athletes as well as their understanding of how to transfer theory to practice to promote both health and performance aspects.

3 month Nutrition Coaching: 1-2-1 or group (4 max.)

*This service offers a flexible approach to developing your knowledge and approach to your dietary intake. *If you are looking to change your lifestyle through your dietary intake for objectives such as weight loss, health or performance aspects, this is a suitable service for you. * This can be done individually, in a pair or in a small group (4 people max.). *Groups will run depending on objectives. *Prices will vary depending on size of the group. * This service runs on a minimum 3 month sign-up and can be continued as a pay monthly thereafter. * This service plan can not be refunded once payment has been received but can be frozen for a maximum of 2 weeks for extenuating circumstances - to be agreed by the practitioner. *As your personal sports nutritionist, I will be able to provide support in a closed discussion group between 0600-0800 and 1800-2000, Monday to Friday, and will include advice and guidance for weekends. * This plan includes a weekly 15 minute check-in to discuss weekly progress, barriers and celebrate successes. *If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Team/Club Sports Nutrition Consultant

As your team or club sports nutrition consultant, I can meet with your athletes on an individual basis to discuss and identify and nutritional discrepancies within their nutritional intake that can be manipulated in order to promote their sporting performance. In addition to this, I can also educate your athletes and other support staff on how they can promote their nutritional intakes to maximise both health and performance aspects. Tutoring

My tutoring service is provided on a 1-2-1 basis. I can support individuals/learners who are keen to learn and develop their knowledge in: GCSE PE (Physical Education), FE (Further Education) Sports Course and HE (Higher Education) Sports courses - I specialise in Sport & Exercise Nutrition. For more info please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you. This will be a freelance service. For individuals under the age of 18yrs, I can provide this service when a parent/guardian is present. For tutees 18+yrs, I am happy to meet at a mutual location e.g. a coffee shop
